Beri Driscoll comes to NumeroUno Salon from The Look Salon in Orlando, Florida, the same sunny city where he completed his stylist’s curriculum at Paul Mitchell: The School. “Our training was intense, thorough, and forward-looking without a doubt,” says Driscoll. A Virginia Beach native, his school days began a bit earlier at University of the Arts in Philadelphia, commencing with a BFA in Dance with a concentration in jazz performance. Beri’s career in dance found him tripping the light fantastic all over the world, leaving him with sore hips and a heightened sense of international style.

The road upon which he has taken his show recently led him here, where he has a close-knit immediate family and a growing following among Athens’s best-tressed. His aesthetic runs to avant garde cuts and colors, but Beri can also turn out a socialite’s blonde bob to perfection. “It’s all about how you see yourself, because between visits you’re going to, and so will everybody else.
